Congratulations, Manny!

Congratulations, Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao!!!

Once again, the Filipino Champ, Manny Pacquiao, proved to the world that he is unbeatable by winning against his opponent, Juan Manuel Marquez. The fight ended with a Majority Decision from the judges after 12 rounds. Yet a lot of people were still not convinced about this big win and/or it wasn't a good fight. While others want a rematch. I was very nervous that time because it was really a close fight and I also thought that it was a defeat. Though, I prayed that Manny Pacquiao would win. Not because I'm a Filipino, but because whenever he wins, he gives back a lot to the Filipino people by helping them. Besides, according to Yahoo Sports: 

578 by Pacquiao vs 236 by Marquez punches thrown 176 by Pacquiao vs 138 by Marquez connected and 117 by Pacquiao vs 100 by Marquez power punches thrown

Also, due to this controversies, Coach Freddy Roach posted on his Twitter account a photo of the punchstats from the match. 

You can see there that 176 from Manny Pacquiao's punches connected unlike Juan Manuel Marquez who only had 138 punches.

Given these stats as proof, I do believe that Manny Pacquiao won.And as a fan, I'll support him all the way. Whatever controversy there is, as long as there are proofs like these to support it, I'll surely believe and will still support Manny Pacquiao. Just like last year with his fight against Antonio Margarito, I will be happily celebrating my birthday again tomorrow. :D hihi... Once again, Congratulations and more power!! :)
